24/7 Clinical Support
24/7 Clinical Support is provided by our Nurse Advocate Team (Comprised of Registered Nurses with over 10 years experience). Before an assignment, our Nurse Advocate Team helps our Traveler by discussing and determining what hospital conditions are acceptable to the Traveler: acuity, patient ratios, floating policy, ancillary support available, IV & lab policies, types of patients on the units, charting, equipment, etc. Every Traveler will have a full understanding of what the hospital experience will be like prior to committing to an assignment.
During an assignment, RN clinical support is always available for our Travelers during their assignment to discuss clinical issues and nurse practice.
